Booking fee

A booking fee is required to secure your tattoo appointment. This fee is non-refundable and covers the time spent designing and preparing your piece.

Please note: All designs remain my intellectual property unless specifically commissioned.

Your booking fee will be deducted from the final session of your tattoo. If a session is cancelled, rescheduled within 7 days, or missed on the day, the fee will be forfeited, and a new fee will be required to rebook.

CANCELLATIONS

I require at least 7 days’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Short-notice changes mean a loss of a full day’s income as i’m often unable to fill these spots- so the booking fee is non-refundable in these cases.

TO KEEP THINGS FAIR

-Less than 7 day’s notice: Booking fee forfeited.

-No Shows: Booking fee forfeited + new fee needed to rebook.

-Full cancellations: Booking fee used as drawing/design fee (non-refundable)

-Reschedule limit: A maximum of one reschedule per booking fee is permitted. Further changes will require a new booking fee to secure your spot.

designs

It is important that you are solid on your idea and communicate this clearly and concisely in your enquiry form. 
If I have any questions, I will contact you to clarify. If you have any additional ideas within the timeframe of booking to the date of your tattoo session, please take time to think it over and consolidate these into a SINGLE email to make it easier for me to gather the information and interpret it accurately.

I require at least 1 week's notice for a change of mind about the design to allow time to alter or redraw and plan. The appointment may need to be rescheduled if it can not be done in the same amount of time as the original idea.

Small tweaks and alterations required on the day are allowed and I will do my best to accommodate you and make sure you are 100% happy before we begin your tattoo.

If entire redesigns are required due to a lack of clarity or change of mind this may result in a reschedule of your appointment and your booking fee will be then taken as a drawing fee and a new booking fee will be required to secure a date.

Designs are emailed out a day or two prior to the appointment. This is the soonest my schedule will accommodate and also ensures that all clients are treated equally and fairly. The booking must be secured by a booking fee before I can work on any designs. Designs normally take the form of an outline. Full colour renderings are often not required and if renderings are requested, further drawing fees may be incurred.

budget

Please ensure that the project you are looking to start is within your means financially. For the sake of consistency I ask clients wanting multi-session projects to book consistent and regular sittings. If they need to be shorter sessions to work within your budget that is more than ok!
