IMPORTANT BOOKING INFO
BOOKING FEE
A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is non-refundable and covers the time spent planning and preparing your tattoo.
The booking fee will be deducted from the final session of your tattoo.
If an appointment is cancelled, rescheduled with less than 72 hours' notice, or missed, the booking fee will be forfeited.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
More than 72 hours' notice: One reschedule permitted at no charge.
Less than 72 hours' notice: Booking fee forfeited.
No shows: Booking fee forfeited.
Maximum of one reschedule per booking fee. Any further changes will require a new booking fee to secure another appointment.
Exceptions may be considered at my discretion.
DESIGNS
Please be clear and concise when submitting your ideas. Any additional references or changes should be sent in a single email where possible.
Minor adjustments can be made on the day. Significant design changes or complete redraws may require the appointment to be rescheduled and a new booking fee may be required.
Designs are generally sent 1–2 days before your appointment.
BUDGET
Please ensure your project is within your budget before booking. Multi-session projects can be broken into shorter sessions if needed.
All designs remain my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
